Veterans Breakfast Devon UK
I was wondering if any South African Military Veterans or ex-members of SAPS or Prison Services fancy a breakfast meet up.
I have some great news: I have found a venue, and I’ve even been over to see them.
It's a place called Billacombe, in Plymouth and they offer an "all you can eat" breakfast for £10.95pp. This breakfast deal is only available from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
As this would be a trial and introduction for hopefully a regular get-together, I figure any first date is as good as any, so I have chosen Saturday, the 9th of May AT 10am.

I have been to see it, it has free parking, and it's quite nice inside.
I am going to commit and attend, even if it's just myself to start. If you decide to come down and grab some food, just look for the table with the small SA Flag on it!

This new gathering is based on the similar veterans breakfast held by British Vets, of which I have attended a few in Cambridgeshire, aiming to bring that exact same spirit of camaraderie, support, and relaxed banter to our local South African community.
What to expect:
Good Food: A proper, hearty breakfast to kick off the weekend.
Great Company: A chance to connect, network, and catch up with fellow SA veterans living in the area.
Relaxed Vibe: Absolutely no formalities—just pull up a chair, swap some stories, and enjoy a few familiar laughs whilst getting to make new friends.
