Zoom meeting for April 2022 presented by SAMVOA Victoria.
Our guest speaker was TRACE DANN and DUNCAN MATTUSCHEK, who were talking to us about PTSD. This was a session you should have attended, not only to check your own mental health but also to learn how to find the signs that your buddy is suffering. We need the tools to be able to have our buddy’s back.
Trace is a volunteer speaker from Beyond Blue and also a well-known blogger. Check him out on www.captainkrankypants.com.
Duncan is one of our own members from New Zealand and the author of the book Load, Aim, Fire (ISBN 978-0-473-556) which is a worthwhile read.
In our SITREP slot we had Joe Keyter talking about Feeding The Bear – observations about the logistical difficulties the Russian Army is experiencing in the war in Ukraine.
