SAMVOTA Legal Officer

The National Legal Officer will be responsible for the legal standing of the SAMVO Entity and its Regions and Clubs.

He/she will also research, formulate and propose new or amended policy for consideration by the National Executive, in keeping with the National and Regional judicial/legal policies appropriate to their particular Zone.

His/her line responsibility is to the SAMVO Entity Chairperson, with staff accountability to the SAMVOINT Chairperson (ascending) and to the Regional and Club Legal Officers or Chairpersons within his/her Zone (descending).
